Day 16 of The Beachbody Ultimate Reset

I felt this picture fit how today went. See I know this is way too much information to share but if you’re going to do this detox, you need to know what you might encounter. Today we starting taking the supplement Revitilize. I didn’t notice anything right away but after I had the large plate of fruit for breakfast, I started feeling my belly churning. Now to me this seemed normal. Fruit not mention to much fruit will do this to me, so no big deal. Even though I went what seemed several 100 times, I still didn’t think nothing of it. I went on about my day. Got some work done got busy fixing the large Microgreen Salad for lunch. So I took the supplements 30 minutes before like called for, and didn’t really notice much till after I got into eating the salad and I felt the churning start again. But still to me this was normal because salads will also to this to me. Too much ruffage has that effect as well. So on about my day I went. Had been a couple days since the sun had really been out and plenty warm. So I decided to lay in it. If you don’t already know this, it’s one of my favorite things to do. Now I’m not at nor live near a beach like the picture but laying by my pool is like the ocean to me since we use a salt water filter system, and I can sure do without the sand. So I’m in my little slice of heaven…….
It was so nice and peaceful, even though the local dairy was spreading liquid manure, I’m use to it living on a farm so just another day in the valley…
I just layed there and enjoyed the day. It was so nice and peaceful.
Well supper I was wondering about all day. Curry Cauliflower. Now the picture looks real pretty but I didn’t know how this was going to settle in my stomach since I had been going all day. Still thinking it’s the fruit & salad. But you cook the curry & olive oil on the stove before you pour it over the cauliflower and mix it up. Then you bake in in the oven for about 25 minutes, depending on your oven. Really not that much to it. Along with that, I had steamed Spinach, since I’m not a Kale fan, a cup of brown rice, which was optional. But I went ahead and made it thinking it would help calm down my belly. So when I got it out of the oven, it had a really great smell and I was ver surprised at the flavor. Who would have knew to add curry to cauliflower. Well now I do and will definitely be having it again. I really liked it.
The only thing was, it went through me like a laser beam. Now I’m thinking with the rice, it shouldn’t have done this. I know how my body works and what does things like that & what don’t. Now it’s about 8:30PM when I get done and thought, what on earth am I going to do, I don’t want to take anything for it, I hope it don’t keep my up tonight…All this stuff going through my head. So it’s going on 12 midnight and I’m still going. I knew this was not good. So I’m hoping for the best tonight & hope Day 17 is much better.
